Data Reset
If customer support directs you to data reset your Camera:
- With the Camera powered ON
- Insert a small pin (paperclips work great) into the small hole on the Camera below the power port
- Hold for ~10 seconds until the slow red LED blinks faster
- Remove the pin and wait for the Camera to reboot - orange LEDs, then white LEDs, then no LEDs
Note: this deletes all known networks, Moments (recorded video/audio), and settings from your Camera. Make sure to review these settings after the data reset to ensure they're back to what works for you.
