Mute/Unmute

To mute/unmute the Harbor Monitor, quick-tap the volume control. Long-press allows you to customize the volume of individual cameras via the volume slider.

Multi-Camera View

• Listen to all Cameras at the same time
• Adjust volume levels of individual Cameras
• Mute individual Cameras

Smart Audio vs. Constant Audio

Sound mode indicates how the Monitor sound will behave when the display is off. 

• Smart Audio means that you will not hear any sound until the Monitor display is on - either turned on by yourself or woken up by a Camera alert. 
  • Please note: Smart Audio is suggested when your child is sleeping through the night and does not require overnight care (like feeding, comforting, or diapering) - typically between 9-12 months. Smart Audio is not suggested for children that require medical care.
• Constant Audio means that you will always hear sound even when the display is off.

Audio Alerts

To set your alerts, click the the Camera Settings icon, then you can either set alerts with:

• Volume - alert & wake-up the Monitor when volume reaches a certain level
• Volume + Duration - sustained noise that the Camera picks up will alert & wake-up the Monitor
• Motion - alert when movement is detected
• If you need to, you can pause alerts for a custom duration.
• You can also set the minimum time period that must lapse (from the last alert) for a new alert to come through.

Similar to the Mobile App, you can pan/zoom with the touchscreen.

Monitor Settings

In Monitor Settings, you can access your 

• Time Zone
• Brightness Level
• Dark Mode
• Auto Sleep - how quickly the display will turn off after last interaction
• Tap to Wake
